Arnifi assesses the mainland, free zone, or natural person status of the entity to lock in the exact FTA phased registration deadline based on incorporation dates.
The compliance team submits constitutional documents and licensing data through EmaraTax to secure the official Corporate Tax Registration Number.
Arnifi reconciles accounting net profit against statutory CT rules, applying necessary adjustments and filtering non-deductible expenses (such as the 50% statutory cap on entertainment costs and owner distributions).
The team calculates final taxable income, applies the 30% EBITDA Interest Limitation Rule where relevant, and utilizes eligible carried-forward tax losses.
The finalized Corporate Tax return is electronically filed, and liabilities are settled via EmaraTax within the strict nine-month statutory deadline.
All Taxable Persons must register for Corporate Tax and obtain a Tax Registration Number, regardless of whether they ultimately have a final tax liability.
The standard rate is 9% on taxable income exceeding AED 375,000. Taxable income up to AED 375,000 is subject to a 0% rate
The return must be filed and the tax paid within nine months from the end of the relevant financial year. There are no advance quarterly payments.
Businesses with revenue not exceeding AED 3 million in a tax period may elect for Small Business Relief, treating them as having no taxable income. This is available for tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2026.
