The process begins with identifying whether the firm’s services fall within the scope of the ADGM Category 4 license, particularly advisory or arrangement-related financial activities.

A detailed Regulatory Business Plan is prepared outlining the company’s services, governance framework, operational structure, and risk management approach.

The licensing application is submitted to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority along with financial projections, compliance policies, and key personnel details.

FSRA conducts a thorough review of the application and may request further information or clarification from the applicant.

After regulatory conditions are met, the company receives approval and can begin operating under the ADGM Category 4 license.
