Process Flow

Company Formation

Investor incorporates the company in Ajman Free Zone and receives the trade license and share certificate.

2. Pre-Approval from Immigration

AFZ applies for the investor visa pre-approval from Ajman Immigration Department.

3. Entry Permit Issuance

An eVisa (entry permit) is issued for new applicants If already in the UAE, a status change is processed

4. Medical Test

• Conducted at an approved Ajman medical center • Includes blood test and chest X-ray

5. Emirates ID Biometrics

• Biometric capture at an ICP center in Ajman (fingerprints & photograph)

6. Visa Stamping

• Once medical and biometrics are cleared, the residence visa is stamped in the investor’s passport

7. Emirates ID Issuance

Emirates ID card is delivered within 7–10 working days after visa stamping
