Company Capital: mandatory AED 20,000. Activity Additions: a maximum of 7 activities can be included in one standard license. An additional charge of AED 1,000 per additional 6th & 7th activity will be added to the package price. Shareholder Limit: a maximum of 7 shareholders can be included in the company. An additional charge of AED 2,000 per additional 6th & 7th shareholder will be added to the package price. Discounted Additional License: an extra Standard License can be acquired at a reduced rate of AED 4,000. This discounted offer is exclusively available at the time of new registration. Package Upgrade Policy: upgrading a package can be initiated at any time. The applicable fees are determined by the difference between the current and upgraded packages, along with an additional AED 1,000 amendment fee. Package Downgrade Policy: downgrading a package is permitted only at the time of renewal. The applicable amendment fee is AED 1,000.
