Process Flow

Employee Visa Initiation

The employee visa in Saudi Arabia application is initiated under the approved recruitment quota. Saudization compliance is mandatory at this stage.

Authority Fee Payment

The official government authority fee of 12,850 SAR is paid as part of the residence permit processing.

Medical Examinations

Visa medical tests are completed in the home country and repeated in Saudi Arabia. Additional charges apply.

Health Insurance Activation

One-year mandatory health insurance is arranged before residence permit issuance. Insurance costs are charged separately.

Visa Stamping & Entry

Upon approval, visa stamping is completed, allowing employee entry into Saudi Arabia.

IQAMA Issuance

Final residence permit (IQAMA) is issued, activating legal employment and residency status.

Terms & Conditions
