Process Flow

Visa cancellation request submission

Employer submits the visa cancellation request to RAKEZ and UAE immigration authorities while the employee remains in the UAE.

Clearance of obligations

Any outstanding dues, fines, or labor-related obligations linked to the employee are cleared.

Cancellation processing

RAKEZ and immigration authorities review and process the cancellation request.

Final confirmation

Final cancellation confirmation is issued, officially ending the employee’s sponsorship under RAKEZ.

Terms & Conditions

Employee must be physically present inside the UAE during cancellation processing.
Submission of Emirates ID and original passport is mandatory.
Dependent visas linked to the employee must be canceled prior to the main visa cancellation.
