Employers are responsible for processing, renewing, and cancelling the visas of their staff. Arnifi manages this end-to-end through its digital Residency platform.

The process includes obtaining a business license, securing an establishment card, allocating a visa quota, issuing an employment contract, applying for an entry permit, completing the medical test and biometrics, and finally stamping (or digitally issuing) the visa. All of these steps can be fully managed through Arnifi.

Employers must register their company, obtain a trade license and establishment card, and ensure the required visa quota is available. Sponsorship includes covering government fees, arranging health insurance, and ensuring compliance at every stage. We offer comprehensive digital support to keep the process compliant.
