Process Flow

1. Application

Employer submits visa request along with required employee documents through the AFZ portal.

2. Pre-Approval from Immigration

AFZ coordinates with Ajman Immigration to obtain employment visa pre-approval.

3. Entry Permit Issuance

Standard blood test and chest X-ray Conducted at an Ajman-approved medical center

5. Emirates ID Biometrics

Biometric capture at a Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship (ICP) center in Ajman

6. Visa Stamping

Upon medical and biometric clearance, the residence visa is stamped in the employee’s passport

7. Emirates ID Issuance

Emirates ID delivered within 7–10 working days after stamping
