Process Flow

Cancellation request submission

Cancellation processing

Immigration processes the cancellation request and updates records.

Confirmation and quota release

Terms & Conditions

Employer sponsorship must remain active until cancellation is completed.
The visa holder must settle all dues (financial, contractual, or legal) before cancellation.
