Abu Dhabi Mainland License (Early-Stage Operational Entity) Liquidation

A licensed liquidator is appointed to oversee the liquidation process, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

A formal resolution is passed to initiate liquidation, followed by preparation and submission of required legal documents.

A public notice is issued (typically 30 days) to inform creditors and stakeholders about the company’s liquidation.

Obtain clearances from relevant authorities, including: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Utility providers and leasing authorities

All outstanding debts, employee dues, taxes, and obligations must be cleared before proceeding further.

Complete corporate tax filing and deregistration as per UAE tax regulations.

Cancel all associated visas, including employment and investor visas, where applicable.

The liquidator submits the final report, and upon approval, the trade license is officially cancelled.
