Abu Dhabi License (Legacy Structure) Liquidation

A licensed liquidator is appointed to audit the company’s financials and prepare the liquidation report.

Drafting and legalizing the board resolution to formally initiate the ADGM Liquidation process.

Submission of liquidation request along with the audited report to the relevant authority.

Publishing a notice in a local Arabic newspaper for a minimum of 30 days to notify creditors.

The company bank account must be closed by the shareholders before proceeding further.

All employment and investor visas linked to the company are cancelled.

Completion of corporate tax filings and deregistration as per UAE regulations.

Obtain approvals from: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation Immigration authorities Utility providers and leasing entities

Upon successful completion of all steps, the authority issues final approval and cancels the trade license.
