EHS Form (Fully Typed & Signed by the proposed manager/authorized signatory) 3. Brief Company Profile & Project Summary ( 1 page) 4. Company License Copy and List of Partners of the company if shareholder is Company. 5. Clear Passport Copy and residence visa (if any) of Owner(s), Manager, Secretary and Director(s)( valid for 6 months minimum 6. Clear passports copy of the proposed manager of the branch (valid for 6 months minimum). In case the proposed manager does not have residence visa in UAE, confirmation e-mail is required from the client stating that the manager does not have residence visa in UAE. 7. Activity is Selected from Jafza Activity list (with permitted number of activities & groups) KYC Form (Fully typed)

Provisional Approval received (valid for 3 months)

After the initial approval is received and booking of the facility is done, sales offer to be accepted.
