BVI Company Formation

The first step in the British Virgin Island company register process is selecting a unique company name. The name must comply with local naming rules and be approved by the BVI registry before incorporation proceeds.

All directors and shareholders must provide identity verification documents such as passports, proof of address, and ownership details.

This includes the Memorandum & Articles of Association, shareholder structure, and director appointments

Once the documents are submitted, the company is registered under the BVI Business Companies Act. After approval, the Certificate of Incorporation is issued, & the company becomes legally operational

After incorporation, companies must maintain a registered agent and registered office in the jurisdiction. Businesses may also choose to open international bank accounts or establish operational structures, depending on their activities
