Finalise Proposal
Final proposal would detail - Type of license, Visa Package, Business Activities, Office solutions and price

Documentation Stage
Upload required documents on Arnifi web platform
Step 3
Processing Stage
Our support team will register your shareholder’s documents on the registration portal
Step 4
License Approval and Issuance
Once approved, the authority will issue two forms for your digital signature. A soft copy is sent via email with the original License available for collection from our office upon request
Step 5
Continued Support
Any support required wirth respect to -Visa Processes, Office Solutions, Medical Insurance, Bank Account Opening Support, License Upgrades and Downgrades, License Amendments

Terms & Conditions
The price does not include Immigration and Visa realated fees
Immigration card fee is AED 2,000 for 1 year validity
Each visa cost is AED 3,750 per visa. Parnter visa cost is AED 1,000 additional per visa. Medical cost of AED 400 and Emirates ID cost of AED 300.
The Price List applies to all new IFZA Free Zone Business Licenses, as well as for Renewals of these companies
incorporated in 2023.
Discounts apply to standard prices only. Discounts cannot be combined
The Price List cannot be combined with any other sales promotion or offer
The Additional fee for General Trading activity is waived for New applications
Cross Business Activity Fee is waived for New applications
The Licence Upgrade ‘’Amendment Fee’’ is waived. This only applies to new related business license applications
made in 2023. The amendment fee waiver is valid for 3 years , whenever a licence package is
upgraded throughout the three-year period, the amendment fee waiver will be applied
