How to apply for a parents visa as a resident of Saudi Arabia ?

To apply for a parents visa as a permanent resident of Saudi Arabia, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Absher portal and create an account.
  2. Login to your Absher account and select the “Family Member Services” tab.
  3. Select the “Iqama Issuance” service.
  4. Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
  5. The required documents are:
    • Passport of the parent (valid for at least 6 months)
    • Your iqama (valid for at least 6 months)
    • Marriage certificate (if applicable)
    • Birth certificate (if applicable)
    • Police clearance certificate (if applicable)
    • Health insurance
  6. Pay the application fee.
  7. The application will be processed and the parent will be issued an iqama if their application is approved.

The application fee is SAR 300 for each parent. The processing time for the application is typically 2-3 weeks.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind when applying for a parents visa:

  • The parent must be able to provide a valid address in Saudi Arabia.
  • The parent must be able to provide proof of financial support from you.
  • The parent must be able to pass a medical examination.
