E-activity NOC - Telecommunications & Digital Government Regulatory Authority Approvals (TDGRA)

Before submission, collect your commercial license (if applicable), internal approvals, technical descriptions, and any additional NOCs based on your activity. At this stage, companies typically verify whether a standard NOC or specialized TDRA business approvals are required.

Applications are submitted digitally through the TDRA portal. You’ll need to upload documents, fill in activity details, and specify the purpose of the request. The system calculates the applicable government fee automatically during submission.

The authority examines whether the requested activity aligns with UAE digital and telecom standards. This may include security checks, data handling evaluations, content guidelines, or technology infrastructure reviews. If clarifications are required, TDRA will request additional information before granting your TDRA business approvals.

Once approved, the organization receives the official TDRA permit which enables it to operate, launch, or conduct the approved activity. Companies can then proceed with implementation, whether it's a digital launch, event execution, telecom integration, platform activation, or online service rollout. The permit typically includes validity details, usage restrictions, and compliance expectations.
