GM Change

• The company issues a shareholder resolution or board minutes approving the appointment of a new GM. This document forms the legal foundation of the change process.

• Collect supporting documents such as the new GM’s passport, Iqama, ID copies, and signed acceptance letter. Corporate documents, including the company’s Commercial Registration (CR), Articles of Association, and past resolutions, may also be required.

• The change request is filed through the MoC portal to update the Commercial Registration (CR). Upon approval, the new GM is officially recognized in the company’s legal records.

• The GM change is published in the Saudi Official Gazette (Umm Al-Qura) as a transparency requirement. This public announcement serves as legal proof of the update.

• The company updates the GM’s details across banks, ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority), GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance), Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant authorities. • This ensures that the new GM can act seamlessly across all platforms.
