ADGM Category 3C License

The first step is identifying the appropriate ADGM license categories based on the financial services activities the company intends to conduct.

A comprehensive regulatory business plan is prepared outlining the business model, operational strategy, governance structure, and risk management policies.

The license application is submitted to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority for regulatory review. This is done along with the compliance frameworks and financial projections.

FSRA evaluates the application and may request additional documents, interviews with key officers, or further clarifications before granting in-principle approval.

After meeting regulatory conditions, the company receives its license and begins operations under the approved ADGM license categories.
