How to register as a vendor with Saudi Aramco?

To register as a supplier or vendor with Saudi Aramco, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a legal entity registered in Saudi Arabia.
• Have a valid Commercial Registration (CR) Certificate.
• Have a valid Industrial License Certification (manufacturers only).
• Have a valid SAGIA Certification (if applicable).
• Have a valid Zakat Certification.
• Have a valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Certification.
• Have a valid General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Certification.
• Acknowledge Saudi Aramco’s Suppliers Code of Conduct.
• Provide a letter from the bank with which the company is dealing, stating the type of service that the bank normally provides to your company and relationship status.
• Provide a valid Company Ownership Profile with required supporting documents.
• Provide an Authorized Signatory Letter identifying the Authorized Company Employees dealing with Saudi Aramco.
• Small and Medium Enterprise service providers shall obtain ‘Monsha’at’ Jadeer certification.

Once you have met the requirements, you can register as a supplier through Saudi Aramco’s e-Marketplace Platform. The registration process is as follows:

1. Go to the Saudi Aramco e-Marketplace website.
2. Click on the “Supplier Registration” tab.
3. Fill out the registration form and upload the required documents.
4. Submit the form and wait for approval.

The approval process typically takes a few weeks. Once your application is approved, you will be able to create a profile in the e-Marketplace and start bidding on contracts.
