How to register as a supplier or vendor with SABIC?

To register as a supplier or vendor with SABIC in KSA, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a legal entity registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Have a valid Commercial Registration (CR) Certificate.
  • Have a valid Industrial License Certification (manufacturers only).
  • Have a valid VAT (Value Added Tax) Registration.
  • Have a valid GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) Registration.
  • Acknowledge SABIC’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • Provide a letter from the bank with which the company is dealing, stating the type of service that the bank normally provides to your company and relationship status.
  • Provide a valid Company Ownership Profile with required supporting documents.
  • Provide an Authorized Signatory Letter identifying the Authorized Company Employees dealing with SABIC.

Once you have met the requirements, you can register as a supplier through SABIC’s Supplier Portal. The registration process is as follows:

  1. Go to the SABIC Supplier Portal website.
  2. Click on the “Register as a Supplier” tab.
  3. Fill out the registration form and upload the required documents.
