If the trade licence has been issued but the establishment card has not been processed, and the visa application is subsequently rejected, approximately AED 3,700 will be deducted. This amount includes the applicable company liquidation costs. ANCFZ will refund the remaining balance in full after the required liquidation and refund procedures are completed.

Scenario 3 | Trade Licence and Establishment Card Issued, but Visa Rejected by ICP

If both the trade licence and establishment card have been issued, but ICP rejects the visa application, approximately AED 4,500 will be deducted, including the applicable company liquidation costs. ANCFZ will refund the remaining balance in full after the company liquidation and refund procedures are completed.

The amount deducted depends on the stage reached before the rejection and the associated administrative and license cancellation costs. Where applicable, the remaining amount will be refunded by ANCFZ after the necessary procedures are completed.
